Refunds & Exchange Policy

At Rebus Enterprises, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. We offer a hassle-free returns and exchange policy to provide you with a seamless shopping experience.

Returns and Exchange Period

You may return or exchange your purchase within 7 days from the date of delivery. Additionally, we allow 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach our facility.

Reverse Pick-up and Shipment Fee

We offer a convenient reverse pick-up service. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted per order at the time of refund, irrespective of the number of items in the order. This means a single deduction of Rs 100 will apply to the entire order, not per individual item.

Pick-up Attempts and Self-Shipping

Pick-up attempts will be made twice. In case the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment, you may need to send the shipment back to our company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the service availability in your area pin code.

For non-serviceable pin codes or at your discretion, you can self-ship the product(s) to our warehouse. Please ensure secure packaging with the ORDER ID and registered mobile number mentioned on the packaging. Refund will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the product(s).

Refund Process

For prepaid orders, the refunded amount, minus the Rs 100 reverse shipment fee, will be credited to your bank account within 7 days after the return is processed.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a store credit equivalent to the amount paid will be provided within 1-2 working days from the day of return pickup, which can be used for future purchases.

Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable.

Product Condition

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please return the product(s) in the same condition as they were shipped. Products returned in poor condition or clearly worn will not be eligible for a refund.

Non-returnable Categories

Certain product categories, including accessories, masks, boxers, briefs, trunks, and perfumes, cannot be returned to maintain hygiene standards.

Refunds for Free Product Deals

Orders during Buy 1 Get 1 Free or similar promotions, where free products are included, are not eligible for returns.

Terms and Conditions

  • Bank account details provided by the customer will be considered final.
  • In case of discrepancies in order delivery status, please notify us within 24 hours via email or phone.
  • The customer is responsible for the product's care and condition while in their possession.
  • If the product does not meet the standards at the time of delivery, promptly contact us via email with product details and damage information within 1 day of receipt.
  • Refund processing will occur within 30 working days from the confirmation of entitlement via email.
